At Fit In 42 Studios, we believe it’s never too late and you’re never to old to improve your health. Age is just a number; we can show you what you’re capable of. Life isn’t going downhill for you – it’s only starting and you can still reach your peak. It’s time to start working on you again. Let’s get you healthy, improve your fitness level and have you start feeling the best you have felt in a long time. Introducing the Fit Over 50 – 30 Day Program, a program specially created to help our active aging Community help them take back control of their heath.


Our program is designed for people over 50 only. Enjoy our small group personal training sessions, up to 6 people per group. Classes run for 1 hour and meet 2-3 times a week. Space is limited, don't wait, join us. Start feeling GREAT again. Age is no longer an excuse.

YES, this Challenge is for NON-Members of our Gym to come and experience what we have to offer.

Many people will be missing some days during the 30 days. We want you to make as many days as you can.

We have classes 6 days a week. New workouts every single day.
