I'm over 60 and haven't worked out in years. Is this too intense for me?
Not at all. This is exactly who the studio was built for. Many of our members started in their 60s and 70s with zero gym experience. Sessions are capped at 6 people, so your coach modifies every exercise to your current strength and mobility. About 5 minutes. We're at 78575 CA-111, Suite 400, just west of Washington Street. Head north from PGA West on Washington, turn right on Highway 111, and we're on the right. Free parking in the lot. Members also come from Trilogy, La Quinta Cove, Griffin Ranch, Indian Wells, and Indio, all under 10 minutes.
Do you train men and women over 40 in La Quinta?
