No. Strong Republic is a private training studio for adults over 40, but a large percentage of our members are women. The semi-private format with small groups of up to 6 people creates a comfortable, supportive environment that women consistently prefer over big-box gyms.
Our La Quinta studio is at 78575 CA-111, Suite 400, on Highway 111 just west of Washington Street. About 5 minutes from PGA West, La Quinta Cove, Trilogy, and Griffin Ranch. We also serve clients from Indian Wells and Indio. Free parking in the lot. We have additional studios in Palm Desert and Palm Springs if those locations are closer to you.
