Do you offer balance training for seniors?

Yes, at all three locations. Falls are one of the biggest risks for seniors, so balance and fall prevention are baked into every program. We use stability exercises, functional movement patterns, and coordination drills that are designed specifically for older adults. It's not an add-on. It's part of the program.

What do the senior strength training programs look like?

They're progressive and completely customized. We focus on building the kind of strength that actually helps you in real life. Getting up from a chair, carrying groceries, picking up a grandkid. Is it safe if I have arthritis or joint issues?
