It starts at $36 per session. That's for our semi-private format where you train in a small group of 3 to 6 people with an experienced coach guiding you the entire time. You get your own workout plan, not the same thing everyone else is doing. An experienced coach guides your session and actually watches your form. Groups are just 3 to 6 people. You also get nutritional coaching, accountability check-ins, and access to stretch therapy. It's basically personal training but in a small group of people who are all in the same boat as you.
