Full-time locals from Cathedral City, Deepwell, and the Palm Canyon corridor train with us three or four times a week for consistency. Snowbirds from across the country pick up right where they left off each season. How much are sessions at the Palm Springs studio?
We offer three plans: Good at $69/week (4 sessions/month), Better at $89/week (8 sessions/month), and Best Value at $99/week (up to 12 sessions/month. Just $33 each). All plans include coached semi-private training, custom nutrition guidance, and community support. Private trainers in Palm Springs typically charge $100-$150/hour, so this is a fraction of that with the same quality coaching.
Where on Palm Canyon is the studio?
We're at 4741 E. Palm Canyon Drive, Suite E, Palm Springs, CA 92264 on the east end of Palm Canyon near the intersection with Gene Autry Trail. Easy access from Cathedral City, Demuth Park, Sunrise Vista Chino, Movie Colony, and south Palm Springs. Free parking directly in front.
I'm 65 and dealing with arthritis. Will this work for me?
Yes. We train members with arthritis, joint replacements, osteoporosis, and chronic pain every day. Your coach assesses your condition in your first session and selects exercises that strengthen the muscles around affected joints without aggravating them. Do you have training programs for men and women over 40?
Yes, for both. A large number of our Palm Springs members are women over 40 working on strength, bone density, weight management, and menopause-related fitness challenges. How do I try it out before committing?
Start with our 14-Day Jump Start. You'll get 4-6 coached sessions, a goal-setting consultation, and a nutrition plan. It gives you enough time to meet your trainer, experience the studio, and see if the community is the right fit. No long-term commitment required to try. We also offer golf fitness training and golf-specific programs.
I spend winters in Palm Springs. Do you have seasonal memberships?
We do. Many of our members are seasonal residents who train with us from fall through spring. Start with the 14-Day Jump Start when you arrive, then move to a monthly plan for the duration of your stay. Your trainer keeps your program on file so you pick up right where you left off each year.
