No. We're a private training studio for all adults over 40. That said, a large percentage of our members are women, and many sessions are mostly female. The semi-private format with small groups of up to 6 people creates a comfortable environment that women consistently prefer over large commercial gyms.
Our trainers work with the specific fitness needs of adults over 50 every day. Menopause-related changes, bone density loss, muscle loss, joint issues, and metabolism changes. We build programs around those realities in a private studio with small groups, stretch therapy, and nutrition coaching. All the things that matter most for women's fitness over 50.
Our semi-private personal training starts at $33 per session. New members can try us with our 14-Day Jump Start: 4 sessions for $149 or 6 sessions for $199. That includes training, a fitness assessment, and nutritional guidance.
