What We Do at Strong Republic

We have two studios that serve La Quinta and Palm Springs. Our La Quinta studio is at 78802 Highway 111, right near PGA West. If you're closer to Palm Springs, our Palm Springs studio is at 4741 E. Palm Canyon Suite E.

Every single person in our studios is over 40. Our trainers don't work with anyone younger. So when you walk in and tell them you're 56 with a bad knee and you haven't exercised in four years, that's not unusual to them. That's Tuesday. They know exactly what to do.

You train in small groups of 3 to 6 people with a certified trainer coaching you through every exercise. They adjust everything to your body. Sessions start at $33. There are no contracts. And if you want to add nutrition coaching, it's there. A lot of our women do and they say the combination is what made the difference. But it's completely up to you.

Most new members start with the 14-Day Jump Start. Four sessions for $149 or six for $199. You meet your trainer, see the studio, and figure out if it's for you before committing to anything.

Who We Work With in La Quinta and Palm Springs

Our La Quinta studio draws women from PGA West, Trilogy, La Quinta Country Club, The Quarry, SilverRock, and the neighborhoods along Washington and Highway 111. A lot of them are golfers who want to lose weight and play better at the same time. If that's you, check out our golf fitness training too.

Our Palm Springs studio serves women from Indian Canyons, Tahquitz Creek, Movie Colony, Deepwell, and the neighborhoods along Palm Canyon Drive and East Palm Canyon. We also see women from Cathedral City and Rancho Mirage who find our studios closer than the options in their own towns.

And if you're a snowbird spending the winter in either city, everything is month to month. No contract. No cancellation hassle. Train all winter and come back next year.

What to Expect

In the first couple weeks you're learning. Getting comfortable with the movements and your trainer. By week three or four you start feeling different. Stronger. More energy. Sleeping better. Clothes fitting a little different.

By month two or three, the weight starts coming off in a real way. Women who train consistently tend to lose 10 to 20 pounds in their first three months. But honestly the number on the scale is the least interesting part of it. It's everything else. The energy. The confidence. The feeling of being strong in your own body again.

We also do stretch therapy if stiffness and mobility are part of what's holding you back. A lot of our women over 50 add one stretch session a week and say it changed everything about how they feel day to day.
