How much does it cost to train at the La Quinta studio?
Plans start at $33 per session. We offer three tiers: Good at $69/week (4 sessions/month), Better at $89/week (8 sessions/month), and Best Value at $99/week (up to 12 sessions/month). Every plan includes coached semi-private sessions and progress tracking. Stretch therapy and nutrition coaching are available as add-ons. I'm over 60 and haven't worked out in years. Is this too intense for me?
Not at all. This is exactly who we built the studio for. Many of our La Quinta members started in their 60s and 70s with zero gym experience. Sessions are capped at 6 people, so your trainer modifies every exercise to your current strength and mobility. I live in PGA West. How far is the studio?
About 5 minutes. We're at 78802 Highway 111, between Washington Street and Jefferson Street. Head south from PGA West on Washington, turn left on Highway 111, and we're on the right. Free parking in the plaza lot. Members also come from Trilogy, La Quinta Cove, Griffin Ranch, Indian Wells, and Indio. All under 10 minutes.
Do you train men and women over 40 in La Quinta?
Yes, both. Many of our La Quinta female members train with us for bone density, menopause fitness, strength building, and weight loss. Men over 40 come for muscle retention, functional strength, and managing the body composition changes that come with age. What's the 14-Day Jump Start?
It's our introductory program for new members. You get 4-6 coached training sessions over 14 days, meet your trainer, discuss your goals and injury history, and experience the studio before committing long-term. Most La Quinta members who try the Jump Start end up staying. They see real progress in just two weeks. We're considered one of the best personal trainers for adults over 40 in La Quinta.
I'm a snowbird. Can I train just during winter season?
Absolutely. We have seasonal members from across the country who train with us from October through April. Start with the 14-Day Jump Start when you arrive and transition to a regular plan for the rest of your stay. Your trainer will pick up right where you left off each season. What times are sessions available at the La Quinta location?
