Our La Quinta studio is right on Highway 111, about 5 to 10 minutes from most Indio neighborhoods. Head west on Highway 111 and we're between Washington Street and Jefferson Street on the right side. Free parking. Members also drive in from Coachella, Bermuda Dunes, and Thermal.
Sessions start at $33 each. Three plans: Good at $69/week (4 sessions/month), Better at $89/week (8 sessions), Best Value at $99/week (up to 12 sessions). All plans include coached training, a custom nutrition plan, and stretch therapy. New members start with the 14-Day Jump Start for $149 (4 sessions) or $199 (6 sessions).
Yes. We open at 5am Monday through Friday, and evening sessions run until 7pm. Saturday sessions are 7am to 12pm. Plenty of our members work full time and train before or after their shift. Call (760) 508-1993 to find a slot.

No. Semi-private training is completely different. You have your own program, your own exercises, your own weights. The trainer coaches you individually within a small group of 6 or fewer. Think of it as personal training with a few other people in the room, not a class where everyone does the same thing.
Yes. Many of our female members train with us for weight loss, bone density, menopause fitness, and overall strength. We have a dedicated Training for Women program designed around the changes women go through after 40.
